Process
Horns and Hooves are collected from all over the country by our raw material supplies
. Horns and Hoves are manualy sorted and are stored in allocated sheds. While sorting
all foriegn materials i.e. (bones, iron, glass, plastic etc) are 100% removed. To produce only hoof
meal raw hooves are put in the boiler for steaming. To produce horn and hoof meal raw horn and hoof are
put in the boiler of wqual weight.
STEAMING TIME AND DEGREE Material is steamed at 140 degree centigrade for over 3
hours. Materials is removed from the boiler and are layed on the yard for sun drying. When the
mater is fully sun dryed are placed in the shed for crushing. Sun dryed material is crushed of the desired size,
0.3MM, 0.9MM, 0.8MM, 3-9MM, 1/2 inch
